Being among the first generation of immigrants, we know well about our community’s needs and are aware about gaps in services. We are committed to the highest standards of cultural competency training for those working with immigrants from the former Soviet Union. Culture shapes how people think, feel, perceive reality, behave and understand the behaviors of others. When working with first and second generation of immigrants in social, legal, protective and behavioral health services, you should be culturally competent in order to achieve desired outcome, which is possible only through mutual understanding, trust, respect and cooperation.

The training is always tailored to your agency’s specialization. This means, you will get information you can implement into your work immediately. We provide training on the Russian-Speaking Community for mental health specialists, MFTs and Family court mediators, domestic violence advocates, social workers, medical professionals, Law Enforcement, attorneys, college and university students, and others.

Our trainers hold professional degrees from American universities and have over 60 years of combined experience working and teaching in the USA. The professional experience of our trainers allows us to offer different training formats and to tailor our trainings to your specific needs. Our trainings last from 30 minutes to 6 hours, giving you the freedom to choose the best time frame for you and your company.
